David Neseralla

David is the President of Dryden Capital and has been actively lending in California since 1987. He is responsible for overseeing loan organization and investor relations. David is a creative problem solver, and understands loan structures that allow borrowers to close their loans while adequately protecting the lender. David has been designated as an expert witness in private lending and has been an active member in the California Mortgage Association since 1998. He received his California Real Estate Brokers License in 1988 and California Finance Lender License in 2002. David holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut. He resides in Novato with his wife and two children.
